This is a very low-cost and long-term program that will benefit the island in terms of discouraging dumpster-diving and rummaging of businesses and HOAs property and will involve the entire community in the effort in recycling . It will also provide a cash flow that will enable HiNoon to support more causes and issues of importance to the community and hopefully lead the way into more fund-raising and grant-writing which will allow HiNoon to be an even more effective voice for the Hayden Island community.
It is as simple as collecting cans, putting them in our Blue Fund-raiser bags, attach our account number sticker and then drop them off at a Bottle Drop Center. If we get to a point where it is warrented, we can figure out a pick-up day, perhaps, Below are folks that have volunteered as point person for their HOA. Questions? Bags? Call Mark 503-367-4045
